The evidence pack
One file covering a person or a subject for the dates you choose. It lists every record in that window, what it was signed against and who signed it, and it lists records with no completion date under their own heading so nothing is quietly left out. Each pack is fingerprinted, so the copy you sent is provably the copy you kept.
The auditor's view
A read-only link, in your company's brand, showing a registrar or a customer exactly what they may see and nothing else. Your employees see the approved-vendor list; the auditor sees the verdicts and the reasons. Different visitors, the same facts, one place to answer from.
Why do we do this?
Every rule your shop follows carries its reason, what would change it, and when to look at it again. When an auditor asks "why is this your practice?", the answer was written by the person who decided, on the day they decided. A rule with no reason yet says so plainly, so you can fix it before anyone else notices.
Supplier control that holds up
Supplier control is where audits most often go wrong. AuditWorthy records each vendor's approval status, criticality and scope of supply with the reason and the date, and it will not raise a purchase order to a supplier you have suspended. A supplier the app cannot read shows as unreadable, never as "gone".

Issue your certificate.
We are not a certification body and will not become one. The certificate comes from your registrar.
Be your auditor of record.
The person who signs off your certification audit has to be independent of the people who built your system. We built your system.
Be your registrar.
You choose them, you pay them, and the relationship is yours. We do not sit between you.
Put boots on the ground.
Someone has to physically look at the work. That stays human and it stays with you.
From finding to fixed, on one record
An audit finding opens a nonconformance. The nonconformance opens a corrective action with a root cause, owners and dates, and an effectiveness check the product will not let anyone skip. A corrective action that did not work goes back; it never closes. The whole loop is one record, from the auditor's question to the proof it was fixed.

- I don't know anything about ISO — is that a problem?
- No. That's exactly who this is for. We start from the beginning, and nothing here assumes you have done it before.
- Do you certify us?
- No, and we never will. You choose your own certification body. We get the evidence in order.
- Which standard?
- We start with ISO 9001. (Tell us if you need another — we're expanding.)
- Does the 2026 edition change any of this?
- AuditWorthy already knows which edition your company works to, references clauses by that edition, and moves you to the new one when your registrar does. It is a setting, not a migration project.
