An AI that has actually read the standard, legally.
Ask it a question in your own words, on any screen, and it answers with the exact clause beside it and a plain-language explanation, then looks at what you already have on file. As you work, it offers suggestions in the moment: the clause a new nonconformance touches, what a corrective action is missing, the wording a policy needs. It is the closest thing to having a quality consultant who never leaves.
Why you cannot just paste the standard into an ordinary AI
It is a fair assumption, and most people make it. The founder did too, before building this. ISO standards are copyrighted works. When a shop buys a copy, it buys a licence to read and use that copy; it does not buy the right to copy the text somewhere else. Uploading the standard into a general-purpose AI service copies it onto that provider's systems, which the licence does not allow, and which the publisher treats as redistribution. So the AI tools most shops already use cannot lawfully be given the one document a quality system is built around. They will answer anyway, from memory and guesswork, with no way to show you the clause they are relying on.
What we did instead
We licensed the standard through its official publisher, specifically so our AI may read the real text and answer questions about it. The text is served to you inside the product under that licence. You never upload anything, nothing is copied to a third-party AI provider, and the standard stays exactly as its authors wrote it. Every answer shows the clause it rests on, word for word, next to the explanation. It never claims you conform, never invents a requirement, and never hands you the whole standard, because the licence does not allow that either. It gives you what a good consultant gives you: the right passage, in context, explained.

"Do we need a documented procedure for this?" "What does 8.4 actually require of a shop our size?" Ask from the page you are on and get the answer with the clause and your own records side by side.
Suggestions as things happen
Record a nonconformance and it points to the clause and to what the corrective action will need. Draft a policy and it shows the wording the standard expects. Prepare for management review and it assembles the inputs.
Your questions stay yours
What you asked is kept on a page only you can see. Your company's quality record keeps an anonymous note that a question was asked about a document, which is itself useful evidence that the system is being used.
Every other AI feature runs on your own key. Anything else the suite does with AI, from summarising a meeting recording to drafting a course step, runs on an AI account you own, with your data, and can be switched off. The standards guide is the one feature that runs on our licence, because that is the only lawful way to do it.
